We are now just 1 week away from the Countdown to ConfidenceKini Challenge. The ConfidenceKini  is our 5 week fitness, food and lifestyle challenge focused on getting fit and feeling confident. 30 min weighted workouts. Delicious, spring meals. Can you believe this is the last week of the 30×30 Challenge?! I have a lot of hopes for you with this challenge but one of them is that I hope this plan proves to you that a healthy lifestyle IS achievable and maintainable.

30×30 Challenge: Week 3 Schedule

Week 3 of the 30×30 Challenge and there’s no stopping us now! Actually… sometimes there is a mid-journey bump in the road and you may be encountering that now.

At the beginning of a challenge, motivation is high and it is “easier” to stick to the plan. A few weeks in, it’s my goal that the motivation has turned into habits, allowing you to stay consistent. BUT, if that isn’t happening for you right now… that’s okay!
