I’m going to suggest to you that you use this workout to test your strength. Whatever weight you currently use for presses… see if you can safely increase it just a bit. Same for pushdowns and extensions. This workout contains some of the greatest staple exercises for chest and triceps, which means they’ll do a great job at breaking down muscle fibers to provide some great results. The key is how far you can take that by using challenging weight.
