May we all enjoy a midweek break from the weights and opt for cardio and abs. I wanted to reference THIS workout again in case you prefer the treadmill for cardio… it’s a great interval workout. It’s so funny how some woman prefer a treadmill workout and others can’t stand cardio machines. I try to provide all the options for you.
Now that has me thinking about my cardio preferences. I think it would go:
- outdoor cardio (perfect conditions – 70s, sunny, nice breeze)
- treadmill or stairs (the 2 pieces of equipment I enjoy)
- cardio circuit
- cardio class
