Woooeee… the final week of the ConfidenceKini Challenge is upon us. It may sound weird but as sad as I am to see a challenge come to a close, I get equally excited about what’s to come.
Speaking of, I recently shared THIS Instagram post; it’s a little personal about where my head is at currently. I have a deep desire to reignite my inner flame for health and fitness not just in the traditional sense but in a way that trickles into all areas of my life.
