Here is a hybrid cardio and ab workout that truly goes by faster than you’d think. You know how everyone promotes their cardio workout by saying “oh it goes so fast” and you’re thinking “never will a burpee go by quickly” haha. I’m with you on that. When I created this one, I actually didn’t hate it or look at the clock thinking, “how much longer?!” I wish you the same positive attitude towards today’s cardio.
