ConfidenceKini Challenge: Back + Biceps (W5D5)

Wrapping up the ConfidenceKini Challenge with a workout worth flexing all your progress over! Today’s back and bicep workout will have those muscles burning and popping. Congratulations, girl! I am so proud of you for banging out this challenge of mine. A challenge is both a physical commitment as much as it is a mental commitment and you should be so proud you’ve accomplished both. 

While a challenge has a start and stop day, your health and fitness journey doesn’t. I’ll have a new workout schedule available on Sunday as well as exciting updates as to what I’ve been working on that’s right around the corner. Let’s keep all this momentum going!
