My favorite workout of the week! Shoulders have become my “fit arm hack” because sculpted and defined deltoid muscles give the entire arm a strong appearance. Because of that, I’ve really been focusing more on them, which is why I’ve dedicated an entire workout to training shoulders (and abs!).
