ConfidenceKini Challenge: Biceps + Triceps (W4D2)

Another tabata-inspired workout today… I especially love this training technique for arm day. As you may know, tabata is about timed intervals of exercise and rest completed for several rounds. The rest is pretty minimal, making a “basic” movement become very challenging. In order to keep up, I even have to lower the weight as I progress through rounds so don’t hesitate to do that too in order to keep up with proper form. You’re going to love this one!
