Enjoy a really nice break from the weights with today’s workout. All you’ll need to do is complete 30 minutes of low intensity, steady state cardio – walking, jogging, biking, hiking, swimming or any piece of cardio equipment are all great options. Personally, I like to do my LISS in a different environment than I traditionally workout in so that it feels like even more of a “break” mentally.
