HEALTHY STARBUCKS DRINK ORDER: Dirty Chai Tea Latte

This is the healthier Starbucks Iced Chai Tea Latte order I’ve been absolutely hooked on! Now, before you read… I have so many ways on how to switch it up, which I will be sure to share below, so be sure to look at those too! I love an iced drink, especially as the warmer weather rolls in. The thing I particularly like about this drink order is that it can be made low or high caffeine.

HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Order a Grande Iced Chai Tea latte
  2. Request to substitute Almond milk.
  3. Request ONLY 1 pump of chai and 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla 
  4. OPTIONAL – request a shot of espresso on top (this makes it “dirty” aka higher caffeine)

NUTRITION INFO:

  • Calories: 80 cals
  • Protein: 1 g
  • Fiber: 1 g
  • Fat: 3 g
  • Carbs: 10 g
  • Sugar  9 g
  • Caffeine: 25 mg (with espresso + 75mg)

VARIATIONS FOR ORDERING:

  • One pump of chai has ~6 gram of carbohydrates, so you can really play with the flavor and macros there
  • If you’re ordering the dirty version (with espresso), I suggest 1 pump of chai for a subtle chai flavor with less carbs
  • If you’re ordering a classic iced chai tea latte (without espresso), I suggest 2 pumps of chai
  • On days I’m feeling wild, I add Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam
