HEALTHY STARBUCKS DRINK ORDER: Berries and Cream Frappuccino

Back in 2008- 2010, my teenage girlfriends and I would hit up Starbucks and grab a Strawberry and Cream Frappuccino. This was MY drink. It was fruity, creamy and beyond delicious. However, from a nutrition standpoint- it was like drinking liquid candy (maybe even a few packs). Yet, the delicious taste made it a worthwhile treat… I still think so!

This drink order is a healthier and lighter version of the Starbucks Strawberry and Cream Frappuccino, but it’s equally delicious. It is a total throwback for me, and I crave this drink as a little treat.

The original version is 370 calories and contains 52 grams of sugar for a grande size. This version is just 110 calories and 21 grams of carbs! There is nothing not to love about this healthy Starbucks drink order!


  1. Order a Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino
  2. Request an extra 2 oz of almond milk.
  3. Request 3 scoops of vanilla bean
  4. Request a packet of your favorite no/low calorie sweetener
  5. Request ONLY a had pump of base
  6. Request light ice and light passion tea on top
