WEIGHT TRAINING WEEKLY WORKOUTS (Oct 27 – Nov 2)

Every week, I get more excited for our workouts (and all those coming). You may not think of fall and winter as a time that is “fitness-focused” but the approach I take to our LG weight training weekly workouts achieves that without feeling like more effort. I find ways to work quick and effective workouts into our routines, which actually increases our consistency… and results.
