Beginning Monday, October 5th, I will be kicking off my annual Fall Challenge. It’s a workout and lifestyle challenge designed to help you build muscle, shed fat and feel amazing. The workouts can be done at home or in the gym with minimal equipment. If you haven’t completed an LG challenge before, I’ll share all the details below and in the FAQ section so that you’ll feel confident joining in.
My Fall Challenge is my biggest fitness challenge of the year. It’s a time where my community comes together for next level support and accountability to hit new goals. It’s definitely something to be a part of! 2020 has been a crazy year, and the Fall Challenge is the perfect opportunity to set new goals and finish the year strong. Whether you’re interested in an effective weight training plan to see results, craving structure, looking to meet like-minded women, or in need of accountability to stick to a plan, you’re in the right place.
Fall Challenge FAQ
The Fall Challenge officially begins Monday, October 5th. The 6 weeks of workouts will only be available to those who purchase the challenge. Until then, enjoy a free week of workouts during what I call “preview week” right here on LaurenGleisberg.com as a sample of what’s coming.
At the minimum:
- set of dumbbells
- resistance band
These challenge workouts can be done at home or in the gym. If you have more equipment, you’ll be able to use it all and you’ll see those suggestions. In the weekly workout emails, I’ll talk more about how to modify specific workouts depending on what equipment you have.
LG workouts are challenging yet doable. They’re effective and results-driven, so your hard work will pay off. The Fall Challenge workouts format has weight training days for muscle building, circuits for sculpting and calorie burning, cardio and core. You’ll get it all!
These workouts are everything you love about LG style workout plans but with a fun twist in that every day is something different, so you’ll never get bored!
Per my usual LG style, these workouts are 30ish minutes. I can finish in 30 mins on a busy day, or if I want to add on the suggested cardio or do a few additional rounds of a circuit, it’s more like 40 mins.
I plan out 5 workouts/week for us and provide a 3 day/week modification suggestion. Make these workouts work for you and your schedule.
Fall Challenge workouts are suitable for all fitness levels. You can tailor to you by selecting how much weight you use, rest times, number of rounds, etc. In the weekly workout emails, I will detail how to modify for beginners vs. advanced levels.
There will be fall recipes going out to my meal plan/cookbook members in the coming weeks. Seeing results requires both fitness + nutrition, so I highly suggest combining the challenge with my Macro Book and/or Meal Plan/Cookbook.

With your purchase, you will be enrolled in the Fall Challenge. Immediately, you will receive all of the preview week workouts and all of the fall challenge downloads. Emails with your weekly workouts and overviews begin on Sunday, October 4th.
The workouts will go out every Sunday in the weekly email. I will provide information like overview, further instructions, form demos, modifications and much more, so that you know exactly what to do.
The accountability portion of the challenge takes place on Instagram. There is a daily photo check in challenge (you will receive that right after purchase). This is a community favorite and such a fun way to stay engaged in the challenge.
Check In Photo Challenge: you can check in on Instagram by uploading with the daily photo challenge or simply sharing a photo from your workout. Be sure to tag me @laurengleisberg and hashtag #LGFallChallenge You must post a minimum of 4x/week to win.
