Fall Challenge: Extreme Workout – Upper Body (W3D1)

There’s nothing like beginning the week with the Extreme Workout. Just a reminder… once per week, we complete an “extremely intense” style workout to test our strength and endurance. These are very difficult workouts so listen to your body and complete as many total rounds as you feel comfortable with. I love testing those comfort zones on a Monday… what else can we push the limits for today?! XO
