The countdown for the countdown is on. One week until the Fitmas Challenge Preview Week, so this is our last “weekly weight training workout schedule” until the next challenge. The Fitmas Challenge is a 30 day workout plan with traditional weight training workouts: the style I find to be most effective at improving body composition… increasing muscle + decreasing body fat. Then, I sprinkle in 10-15% of new workouts, different workout formats, etc. to keep it fun and fresh. The festivities kick off next week!
