WHAT IS THE NOVEMBER WORKOUT CALENDAR?
In between Weight Training Plan launches, I put together workout calendars to keep our progress and momentum going. The workout calendars are a mash up of existing LG workouts plans; many of you already have these programs, so you don’t need anything to join… just download the free calendar below. If you don’t have the WTP Q2 + WTP Q3, which are the 2 plans used in the calendar, you can purchase those below on sale (you’ll get the full plans to use with the calendar as well as as written after!)
This November Workout Calendar has an emphasis on weight training. This final calendar is special because it is a way for us to end the year strong and stay accountable throughout the holidays. It will be a maintainable plan for seeing progress even during the busiest time of the year!
This calendar will consist of both the Q2 + Q3 plans. A lot of you already have both plans, so you may not need anything but can enjoy a fresh new plan combination and the accountability of this awesome community. One of my favorite things is knowing we are always in this together.
