Alright, it’s the first day of the spring calendar plan and my body was craving a good ole leg workouts. I LOVE the 30×30 plan; it always gives me the best mental break and reignites my passion for the gym. I completed 75 days of it and I’m definitely ready to switch up my training… back to more weights and I’m going to be working on adding a bit more muscle onto my body.
