The Pelvic Floor and Core Plan series of workout programs is one of our best-selling and most loved programs. I am personally so passionate about them because they truly have transformed my core! My core is the strongest its ever been. It’s also the tightest, flattest and most defined its ever been (and that is in my 30s, after 2 kids).
