Weekly Workout Schedule (Sept 1-7)

Until my Fall Challenge kicks off in 2 weeks, I want to provide you with weight training, muscle-group-specific workouts to continue building a fit and strong foundation.

The upcoming challenge workouts are a hybrid between my classic WTP weighted workouts and my 30×30 style high intensity circuits – best of both worlds. Sculpting, strengthening and fat loss. It’s 30 days long and a more intense style… the perfect rev up for Fall. As a community, we follow the same workouts on the same days so the interaction and energy is amazing! MONDAY

TOTAL BODY BLAST

I don’t do total body workouts often but I love them at specific times- one of them being on a holiday/long weekend. Complete as many rounds as you would like to make time for today!

This is one of my most pinned workouts on Pinterest and it’s been awhile since I completed it, so I’m looking forward to seeing if it lives up to the hype lol. I’m sure it will ;):)

LISS CARDIO

My goal over the weekend is to get in 30 minutes of cardio. I don’t like to go to the gym, and prefer something like a walk around my neighborhood. Whatever you enjoy is what I suggest doing.
