Macro Friendly Starbucks Orders

When I swing through a Starbucks drive thru, I almost always have a conversation in my head about if I should indulge in a pastry or put in a macro-friendly order. Here are 5 things I commonly order at Starbucks that are what I consider to be portion-friendly / macro-friendly, meaning that they aren’t “splurges.” These are meals and snack options that would be simple substitutes for meals and snacks I would have at home.
