This Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Latte is one of my favorite iced coffee drinks and my go to healthy Starbucks drink orders lately. It’s subtly sweet but certainly not too sweet. There’s a hint of vanilla bean but it’s definitely not vanilla-y. It provides the perfect energy buzz. I hope you love this drink as much as I do!
- Order a GRANDE Cold Brew
- Request sugar free vanilla
- Request LIGHT CREAM (half n half); ask for this in a small cup on the side (OR for a dairy-free option, request LIGHT coconut milk in a small cup on the side), just 2-3 oz
- As for 1 scoop of vanilla bean powder in the cup with the CREAM or COCONUT MILK
- Get your drink
- Stir the vanilla bean powder and milk/cream together a bit
- Pour over the top of your cold brew and enjoy
