Anthony’s Famous Spicy Shrimp/Chicken Recipe

My husband, Anthony makes one of my favorite meals. It also happens to be one of the most simple and fastest meals. He shares it all of the time on his Instagram and you are always asking for the recipe. I’ve nagged him for the past year about sharing it and he always tells me, “I don’t have a recipe and I don’t measure anything; that’s just how I cook.” Well, I made him nail down a recipe to this delicious lunch or dinner idea so that I could share it here with you.

Sidenote #1…

I am sharing this recipe as a weekly update to the 5 Week Food Plan. I created this plan with the intention of delivering the easiest to follow, most delicious nutrition plan you could get your hands on. I feel confident that’s exactly what I did and your response has been amazing.

SO, I want to repeat it and follow the plan again with you all. I am going to continue sharing new recipes for you to add in as dinner ideas and then enjoy some leftovers too!

Sidenote #2…

The most common question I am receiving lately is: what is the difference between the 5 Week Food Plan & the full Eat Your Way Lean LG Meal Plan?

5 Week Food Plan (here): this is a meal-by-meal plan that I made available separate from my Meal Plan; it was a way for you to check out my eating style and meals at a lower cost. It is just $20 and includes the 5 Week Food Plan only.

Eat Your Way Lean Meal Plan (here): this is my complete meal plan. It contains my meal plan (guidelines on how to eat to see results), cookbooks with 100s of recipes, meal prep plans, meal-by-meal plans, an intermittent fasting mini guide, and more. Plus, once you join, you’re a meal plan member for life and receive all new installments for free. It is $46 and along with everything else, it includes the 5 Week Food Plan.
