Anthony's Famous Spicy Shrimp/Chicken

chicken breasts or shrimp

extra virgin olive oil

chili powder

crushed red pepper flakes

rice

lemon juice, freshly squezed
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into cubes or strips
Add olive oil to a skillet and heat over medium heat
After 1 minute of oil heating, add seasonings directly to the oil; stir frequently until the oil and seasonings begin to caramelize (about 1 minute)
Add chicken to skillet and increase heat to medium high
Cook until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently; chicken should be crispy and completely coated
Serve with rice and top with a drizzle of lemon juice
Notes
the amount of seasoning used is highly dependent on your desired spice level; adjust to your preference
