Any recipe that involves protein powder is an instant hit with this community. Combine that with funfetti cake batter and you better believe I couldn’t wait to share this recipe. You all know my
love obsession with Funfetti cake. When I create recipes, I always take inspiration from my favorite foods and treats to put a healthier spin on it. These Funfetti Cake Batter Protein Balls were created out of pure love from my belly.

-FUNFETTI CAKE BATTER PROTEIN BALLS-
1 cup oat flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
1/2 cup organic maple syrup or agave nectar
2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp dark unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl
2. Roll out into 1 1/2 inch balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
*Recipe makes 2 servings
(1 serving = 5 protein balls)
