1. WEIGHTED BICEPS + TRICEPS WORKOUT
My arms will forever be my most improved body part. I continue to pour into my bicep and tricep workouts so I love seeing that you enjoy them just as much.
2. GLUTE INTERVAL WORKOUT
The combination of these moves and the interval style made for an unforgettable booty burn.
3. ARMS + ABS WEIGHT TRAINING WORKOUT
This is a Weight Training Plan 3.0 style workout. The format of this workout and the entire WTP 3.0 program is my all time favorite.
4. NO EQUIPMENT HIIT CARDIO
I think this workout was so popular because it could be completed from anywhere- no gym or equipment required. It’s not always easy to get an effective workout in at home but I know jut how to accomplish that ;):)
5. LEGS + ABS WEIGHT TRAINING WORKOUT
Another Weight Training Plan 3.0 style workout. Looking back I remember how tough that finishing circuit was to complete after a killer leg workout.
6. FIT ARMS WEIGHTED CIRCUIT WORKOUT
Talk about time under tension… this workout worked the arms so deeply because of the amount of time spent stressing the bicep and tricep muscles. Definitely one to complete again and again!
7. UPPER BODY BURN OUT WORKOUT
An all around great upper body workout.
8. HIIT CARDIO + ABS WORKOUT
I think workout was so popular because of just how much it worked the core. By switching from cardio to ab movements over and over, the entire workout became a calorie and core burning session.
