Let’s go retro… when I began my blog, I shared my “workout schedule” every Sunday and then, each day of the week I posted my workout. Over the years, I’ve accumulated some of my very best workouts on this blog and I love going back to use them today.
Until my Fall Challenge kicks off next month, I thought it would be fun to follow some of my most popular blog workouts. They’re all free. You can use them in this order that I will be following or pick and choose them as you please.
MONDAY
BACK+BICEPS
This one dates back to 2017. When I saw it, I immediately said, “I’m doign this first thing on Monday!” It looks like it will be a tough one but I totally remember how much I loved the cardio breaks in between sets.
TUESDAY
INTERVAL LEG WORKOUT
I recently just completed the Weight Training Plan, so I want to do a leg workout this week structured way differently. I am a big fan of EMOM, tabata, intervals, so I’m going for this one!
WEDNESDAY
CHEST + SHOULDERS
Still my verrrrry favorite format for sculpting muscle, so I had to include of of these workouts.
THURSDAY
WALK/RUN/SPRINT HIIT CARDIO
By Thursday, I need a weight training break. Do you remember when I wrote workouts like this?! Love the structure! I plan on taking this workout outside on the pavement.
FRIDAY
BICEPS + TRICEPS CIRCUIT
I’m going to do this workout at the gym (or that’s the plan), so I’ll be using a cable machine for the resistance bands. You can do this workout at home or the gym- whatever you’d like. The circuit style will also be great for some cardio. If I’m feeling up to it, I may add in 10-15 mins of cardio at the end.
WEEKEND
LISS CARDIO
My goal over the weekend is to get in 30 minutes of cardio. I don’t like to go to the gym, and prefer something like a walk around my neighborhood. Whatever you enjoy is what I suggest doing.
Thank you Lauren! I love your weekly schedules 🙂 That’s an extra motivation for being active this week.
xoxo Lisa
