This upper body workout hits the major muscle groups (shoulders & chest especially) and incorporates some abs too! As you know, each one of my challenges are unique in their training style. The ConfidenceKini is about sculpting – building muscle but also focusing and shedding fat so we can see that muscle definition. The style of these workouts is designed around that goal! Except this workout to burn your upper body muscles, recruit the core and get your heart pumping. These are definitely “feel good” workouts too; I always get that post-workout endorphin rush.
