A few points about the plan…
INTENSITY LEVEL: with my postpartum fitness guide, you will notice the plan increases in intensity; it gently guides you from freshly postpartum and just beginning exercise to what is typical of my LG workout intensity
SAFE YET EFFECTIVE: safety is the priority and I’ve included only postpartum-friendly exercises. Still, if you’re going to be working out with a newborn, I want to provide a workout that actually work, so these workouts will challenge you but in safe and gentle way.
