I call it “hybrid training” because it utilizes a variety of styles: weight training, circuits + core for an effective and fun training switch up.

what is the difference between 3.0 and x versions?

they are a similar 30 min, traditional weight training workout plan but the X version features x-treme workouts 1x/week, which are a very fun challenge

GOAL: GET FIT/BUILD MUSCLE
preference: likes to track weight used/increase strength
