Macro Friendly McDonald’s Orders

In an ideal world, I would cook every meal at home using ingredients from my backyard garden lol. However, my reality is that I’m running from a meeting to pick up my boys from school, and then heading to an afternoon activity. 

You know me… I love food and nutritious options but also love a good, indulgent meal. My family and I definitely swing through a drive through here and there as I’m sure many of you do as well. 

With that said, I wanted to create a helpful resource for you when ordering from various restaurants like McDonalds, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Panera, & Taco Bell. I have listed some of the best Macro friendly meals from those restaurants below. 

Why do I order these?
The key to ordering wisely at restaurants and fast-food is to find options that are portion-friendly / macro-friendly. This means that when looking at the protein, fat and carbohydrates, they fall within what would be typical of a meal (such as one you would be eating at home). If you find yourself at McDonald’s, these are the macro-friendly meals I order.
