And here it is… your extreme workout to test and challenge your strength, endurance and will power. In this workout, you will work both your legs and abs as well as a whole lot of cardiovascular endurance.
If you haven’t done an extreme workout before, here’s how it goes:
- Complete the 1st lifting circuit
- Complete 7 mins of the cardio blast
- Move onto the 2nd lifting circuit
- Stop and take a good rest. If you can, complete a 2nd round. And if you can after that, complete a 3rd round. If you’re superwoman, go for 4 rounds.
