HEALTHY CHICKEN + WAFFLES BREAKFAST RECIPE

I opened up my recipe suggestion box to you and the most requested recipe was: Healthy Chicken + Waffles. First things first, I wouldn’t make a healthier version of anything unless it tasted great; this breakfast recipe will satisfy everyone at the table. Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a pie plate, whisk together the eggs
  3. In a separate large pie plate, whisk together panko, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper
  4. Fit a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment
  5. Dredge the chicken through the eggs and then into the panko mixture
  6. Place the chicken on the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 mins, or until cooked through
  7. Cook waffles according to package directions
  8. Serve waffles topped with chicken and maple syrup
