We are back to lifting today with this chest and shoulders weight training workout. This is my favorite upper body muscle group combination as of late. Sculpted shoulders give the entire arm a fit look but I find shoulders/deltoids are a hard muscle group to grow. The combination of chest and shoulders allows for heavier pressing movements and isolated shoulder work to help achieve this goal!
