This blank calendar is to track your workouts. As I mentioned above, you pick the majority of your workouts over these 30 days because every mama is going to be at a different stage. Many of you are doing my Mom Plan: Pregnancy Fitness Guide or Mom Plan: Postpartum Fitness Guide.
- 4 weight training workouts/week
- 150 walking minutes over the next 30 days
- 3 Pelvic Floor + Core Plan workouts/week (omit if you are pregnant)
NOTE: in both calendars, I intentionally left out dates because I want you to do this when it works for you. Please fill in with the dates when you’d like to start OR simply leave them blank and count upward 1-30
