It’s extreme workout time! These workouts are intense – I really want you to keep that in mind because you will feel pushed to your limits and exhausted. I love different types of training… traditional weight lifting, circuits, intense days like today. It keeps our bodies moving forward.
If you haven’t done an extreme workout before, here’s how it goes:
- Complete the 1st lifting circuit
- Complete 7 mins of the cardio blast
- Move onto the 2nd lifting circuit
- Stop and take a good rest. If you can, complete a 2nd round. And if you can after that, complete a 3rd round. If you’re superwoman, go for 4 rounds.
