Mark your calendars… 2 weeks to the ConfidenceKini Challenge countdown. As you know the ConfidenceKini Challenge is our springtime fitness, food and lifestyle challenge; it’s our biggest (and baddest in my opinion!) challenge of the year. It’s high energy. Quick, effective workouts. Delicious, spring meals. A whole lot of fun and forming new friendships. It’s definitely a challenge to be a part of.

- Weight Training Plan 3.0 (home or gym)
- Glute Guide (quick edition) as an optional add on
Break out those plans if you already have them and if not, snag them while they’re on sale!
3. Follow Along Day by Day – each day, check the schedule and do the suggested workout
4. Add on Nutrition – we will be repeating the 5 Week Food Plan to accompany this workout calendar PLUS, you’ll receive new recipes to keep your meals fresh!
