Hybrid Training Calendar Plan: Week 6 Schedule

EXTENDED! I’m adding additional weeks to the Hybrid Training Calendar Plan. Here’s the deal… our biggest challenge of the year with thousands of LG Sister joining in – ConfidenceKini – kicks off next month. Until then, I want to continue providing you with a workout plan to follow (it is my goal that I share 365 days of workouts). You’ve loved this style of training so it only makes sense to continue with it.

3. Follow Along Day by Day – each day, check the schedule and do the suggested workout

4. Add on Nutrition – we will be repeating the 5 Week Food Plan to accompany this workout calendar PLUS, you’ll receive new recipes to keep your meals fresh!
