Fall Challenge: HIIT Cardio Conditioning (W1D4)

HIIT cardio conditioning is something you haven’t seen here before! I wanted to introduce this to the Fall Challenge because it’s so important for us as strong, fit women to be well rounded athletes.

We should have the capacity to lift, run, swim, do push ups, pull ups and overall… stay in the race. Whether that is keeping up with your kids, engaging in hardcore workouts or training for runs, these conditioning workouts will help keep us in peak performance.

It’s just an added benefit these workouts burn serious calories and body fat! I also find these workouts to be a refreshing change of pace in my weekly workout line up. Just a personal tip – if you usually go to the gym to workout, try this workout at home. If you workout at home, try taking this one outside. A scenery switch up is nice too!
