Fall Challenge: Upper Body Workout (W4D1)

Rise and grind… happy Monday, friends! I am coming at you hot today because I’ll be honest and tell you that last week, I was off my game. My personal life got a bit chaotic. Things went from Plan A to Plan B to “there’s not plan for this” haha. This week, I have an intention to prepare ahead of time as much as I can and stay focused. For example, I woke up 30 mins early this AM and among other things, I wrote in my planner exactly when I would be hitting the gym each day. Normally I go in the morning but this week, I have several appts and meetings in the AMs, so I am planning it as if it’s a meeting with myself. Today, I’ll be in the gym at 2 PM CST, so feel free to hold me accountable to that hehe. Have an amazing day and enjoy the workout! XO
