Legs and abs – two of my favorite muscle groups to scream STRENGTH! You may like that in today’s workout I focused a bit more on the inner thighs. Gym workout ladies… when you complete the leg press, place your feet high and wide on the plate to best target those inner thighs. Home workout girls… in the plie squats, add several pulses at the end of each set to blast those inner thighs.
