Fall Challenge: HIIT Cardio Conditioning Workout (W4D4)

Enjoy the day off from weights and get to your cardio! This is more than just a cardio workout. In fact, I’ve infused a bit of lower body into this workout… because… booty goals. Plus, the add on Glute Guide workout will further sculpt those butt muscles. I shoot for workouts that hit 2 birds with one stone. There is no reason to jump on a treadmill for 45 minutes doing cardio when you could work your lower body AND burn just as many calories if not more.
