ConfidenceKini Challenge: Legs + Glutes (W2D1)

We are starting the week off with a good one! This workout is a switched up style than what is typical for an LG workout but I really love it. You may be familiar with “tabata” or interval training. Basically, it’s a timed workout in which you complete an exercise for a certain amount of time, rest and repeat. The rest periods are quick so the muscles are forced to work HARD in a short amount of time. Don’t be surprised if you are extra sore tomorrow.
