ConfidenceKini Body Tip of the Day: What’s your story? Have you ever thought about that question?? I challenge you to answer this for two reasons. First off, when you think about and put together your story, it forces you to look back at where you started and then see how far you’ve come: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, etc. This is an empowering exercise to build momentum in your life to continue becoming the best version of yourself. Secondly, when you share your story and more importantly, when you hear someone else’s story, it breaks down the unnecessary walls that we put up in self defense. Relationships are about relating and finding common ground. Too often, we feel like we have to overcome challenges alone or that no one will understand our struggles. How many times have you asked yourself questions like, “why am I the only one who can’t lose weight” or “how come everyone else seems happy?” I promise you that anything you’re going through…you’re not alone. Share your story. Hear the stories of others. This is a huge step in the uniting of women and women building each other up!
Daily Challenge: Share a piece of your story with the #LGAccountability community. This is going to be so wonderful in getting to know each other better and connecting on deep levels so we can continue to be each other’s supporters!
