Fall Challenge: Chest + Back Upper Body Workout (W2D5)

The perfect workout to finish off the week. This upper body workout will leave you feeling strong and pumped up. I’ll be honest… chest and back are not my favorite muscle groups to train but I actually like putting them on the same day and here’s why. There are A LOT of muscles at work during this workout…. the chest and back muscles are primary but secondary are the shoulders, triceps, biceps and even the core. SO, I love that after a chest and back workout, my entire upper body feels fit AF lol. Okay, I think I am a little too pumped up right now. Happy Friday… have a great lift!
