The latest Meal Prep Plan installment is one that I know will change the game! Meal prepping is an hour or two we set aside to cook some meals ahead of time so that during the week, we have healthy options on hand. As you probably already know, his process is easier said than done!
I wanted to take the hard work out of meal prepping for you with a strategic, time and money saving approach! I created 3 meal prep plans: 1) quick + easy staples 2) favorites 3) spicy + fish. Each contains a shopping list, prep overview so you can visualize how the ingredients can be used for a variety of meals, step-by-step instructions and so many new, delicious recipes!
They remind me of those childhood novels where you could choose door A or Door B then skip to page 20 or 44 depending on your decision (lol!) because you have option. You pick if you want to make it a quicker prep by getting the basics cooked and filling in the gaps later or if you want to prepare every individual meal. Either way, I’m there for you!
The entire meal plan is my personal approach to ditch the diet mindset and have a very easy-to-follow nutrition approach that turns into a lifestyle. What is better than feeling happy and healthy, right?! I guarantee you won’t believe how you can enjoy every bite and still see results! That was and always has been my goal! Blueberry Almond Overnight Pro-Oat Recipe
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 small handful blueberries or 1/2 banana
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Add all ingredients (except blueberries/banana) to a container or jar with a lid
- Shake the container jar to mix well
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours)
- Top with blueberries or banana when ready to eat
