Christmas is less than one week away and the to do lists are getting real lol. Here is one thing you can check off your list… I have the best Christmas morning breakfast casserole recipes for you and your family to enjoy. You can prepare them ahead of time and then on Christmas morning, pop them in the oven to bake and enjoy. My family and I have made these for years.
Also, at the bottom of this post, I wanted to share a few family photos from this holiday season. This year my (not so little) Leo is almost 1 1/2 years old. He doesn’t fully understand Christmas but he does get so excited about all the holiday festivities. It’s been such a special and fun time for our family, and I wanted to share a few favorite pics with you all.

Thanksgiving 2018 – Anthony’s Aunt designs clothing and Leo’s outfit was actually one of her designs, which I think is so stinkin’ cute!
We took a “family babymoon” to Aspen this month. I didn’t expect Leo to enjoy/understand where we were but his pure joy and excitement for new places and faces made the entire trip. He loved snow. He loved the adventures. He couldn’t get enough of the hotel and town decorated for Christmas. It was hands down one of the best trips of my life!
One of our Christmas traditions is matching family PJs. St. Nick brings us them early in December and we wear them all season long. Luckily, he visited us in Aspen so that we could get cute pics in them.
