ConfidenceKini Challenge: Chest + Triceps (W5D3)

This workout hits the chest and triceps hard with traditional weighted movements and then finishes with a burnout circuit to completely fatigue those muscles. I always recommend getting in staple weight training exercises (chest press, pushdowns, flyes, etc.) and then adding in other movements like dips and push ups as accessory movements.
