ConfidenceKini- Upper Body Weighted Workout (W3D2)

PUSH and PULL with this upper body workout. This workout targets primarily the chest and back muscles through pushing and pulling exercises. The chest and back muscle groups are two of the largest on the upper body. The benefit of training these together is that they create a large calorie burn as well as sculpting the upper body. I also threw in quite a few core movements because…. you know… hehe ;):)
