ConfidenceKini- Total Body Dumbbell Workout (W5D5)

It’s the last day of the ConfidenceKini Challenge (sort of). It’s the last day of regularly scheduled challenge workouts but next week, I’m kicking off even more ((intense)) workouts so I hope you’ll join in for that. I’m putting together a week to test our strength, endurance and physical fitness. It will be fun to push ourselves to new heights.

 
Thank you so much for joining in on this challenge. I have so much time putting these workouts together for you. I envision you following along with them and it makes me so happy to think of all of us women getting our workouts on all around the world. It’s so special and I’m grateful you’re a part of this community.
