Fitmas Challenge: Shoulders + Triceps (W4D1)

How about some upper body to kickstart an amazing week. I shared in yesterday’s post about my 2 goals: 4 lifting workouts this week and cooking 5 healthy meals (dinner and leftovers for the next day’s lunch).
